Job Description Lead the commercial growth, business development, and product strategy for our Lounges Together we''ll drive long-term value for our customers and revenue for our business Permanent full time opportunity based in Sydney The Senior Manager, Consumer Lounge Products is responsible for leading the commercial growth, business development, and product strategy across the lounge portfolio, driving incremental revenue and long-term value creation. This role oversees the management of key revenue streamsincluding client airline and ancillary revenue. The Senior Manager will manage key revenue streams and the end-to-end management of existing lounge products, including performance evaluation, margin analysis, and continuous enhancement to ensure operational excellence. The role will also lead the design and development of new consumer-facing products and services, working closely with the broader Commercial team and a group of Product Managers to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. Additionally, the role will provide change management and training support to ensure effective delivery across teams. You''ll Have: Proven experience in revenue product strategy and developing commercial partnerships across multiple industries. Strong understanding of commercial arrangements, contracts, and negotiation principles. Ability to develop detailed financial models and assess the commercial viability of new initiatives. Demonstrated experience managing complex, high-value projects from end to end. Proven ability to influence and guide stakeholders to successful project outcomes.
