Our projects range from quick-turn, high-volume tasks to long-term, complex deliverables.Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Analyst to take ownership of analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing pay rates across our global contributor workforce. This is a strategic role at the intersection of data analytics, financial modeling, and operational performance, with a direct impact on our commercial outcomes and contributor satisfaction.You will play a key role in assessing the financial and operational impact of pay rate changes, ensuring alignment with our fair pay principles, and supporting sustainable margin growth across diverse geographies and skill sets. This role is ideal for someone looking to move from a consulting or pricing strategy background into a dynamic, operational role in a fast-paced tech environment.Reporting to the VP of Crowd Engagement, this role will involve:Data Analysis:Continuously monitor global pay rates across all contributor geographies and skill levels.Conduct impact analysis of proposed pay rate changes, including modeling churn, project turnover, and cost implications.Recommend pay adjustments to support fair pay compliance, contributor retention, and commercial sustainability.Stakeholder Partnership:Partner with delivery to optimize margin across various geographies and skill sets while maintaining contributor engagement.Reporting and Visualization:Develop comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate insights and actionable recommendations.Develop dynamic pricing models and scenario planning tools to assess commercial outcomes across different pay strategies.Market Research:Conduct ongoing market research and benchmark contributor pay rates against industry and regional standards.Introduce best practice methodology to improve financial performance, productivity, and profitability.Experience/Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years experience in a Big 4 consulting environment (or equivalent) with experience in commercial/pricing strategies and advanced data analysis skills.Demonstrated experience engaging with senior stakeholders with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis capabilities.Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) and Excel.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on insightful report writing and compelling presentation development.Preferred:Experience working with AI / technology firms.Why Join Us?Be part of a cutting-edge company driving the future of AI data services.Work with a globally distributed team of passionate professionals.Great opportunity to move from consulting to an operational role, gaining hands-on experience in business operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
