The successful applicant will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, newly renovated, 5-star harbour view office spaces and a high-performing, dynamic and supportive working culture.About the RoleAs part of our Farm and Regional Team, you will play a critical role in assessing and managing farm insurance policies, working closely with our broker partners.Key aspects of the role include conducting risk assessments, reviewing policy terms and managing renewals, all while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to regulatory guidelines. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical abilities, and a background in farm insurance, agriculture or packaged insurance, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a high performing team.360 Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and assess farm insurance risks, determining appropriate coverage and pricing based on individual risk profiles.Communicate with brokers as part of our partnership over placement approach to business.Collaborate with the broader farm team.Participate in training and development to stay updated on underwriting best practices.Successful Candidate Will Have5+ years packaged underwriting experience (Farm Pack experience preferred but not required).Ability to think critically, problem solve, assess complex risks and make data-driven underwriting decisions, with a commercial overlay where necessary.A strong commitment to providing excellent service to clients while balancing risk management and internal frameworks and guidelines.Ability to clearly communicate with brokers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, risk factors, and regulatory requirements.Capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently within deadlines.About 360 Underwriting SolutionsFounded in 2017 by Denis Morrissey and Chris Lynch, 360 Underwriting Solutions is a specialist agency dedicated to the provision of specialist insurance solutions for the broker market and their clients.
