We work across industries including Finance, FMCG, Automotive, Home Appliances, Construction, and Social Causes, delivering seamless customer connections in an evolving communications landscape.The Role:Creative Content & Integrated Solutions division within IVE Group are seeking an experienced Finished Artist with interactive forms, long document and PowerPoint experience to work on some of Australias largest financial services accounts, from our centrally located CBD offices.You will be responsible forFinished Art: producing high end accurate finished art in a timely manner to meet deadlines. Working across various outputs, including forms, long docs, flyers, brochures and eDMs.Interactive forms: set-up and preparation of interactive forms within Acrobat and InDesign.Long documents: Typesetting, formatting, and establishing master pages and paragraph styles for long documents, including product disclosure statements and corporate brochures.PowerPoint Presentations: experienced with setting up Powerpoint templates.Accessibility: preparation of accessible documents to comply with WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines Regulations. Ensuring financial documents and forms are fully accessible for users with cognitive, mobility, and vision impairments. Experience or understanding and willingness to expand skillset to incorporate Accessibility capabilities.Brand custodian: working within set brand guidelines, updating and maintaining brand templates.Accuracy: Bringing precision and pride to your work, with great attention to detail.Required Skills:Software proficiency: Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat.MS Office: Mid to advanced level of experience and knowledge in Word, PowerPoint desirable.Strong finished art skills: Excellent understanding of print and digital best practices.Retouching: Mid-level Photoshop and retouching skills beneficial.EDM creation: Experience creating EDMs in either XD or Photoshop or Figma beneficial.Accessibility: Previous experience and knowledge of designing and preparing accessible documents to WCAG 2.2 AA standards are a distinct advantage.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Multi-Tasking: Capable of handling multiple projects, managing schedules, and following processes.Qualifications:Education: Graphic Design Diploma or above.Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Finished Artist.Ready to elevate your creative career?
