About the role Barwon Water is Victoria''s largest regional urban water corporation and investment is ongoing to provide our region with access to safe and secure water services well into the future. In this newly designed role, you''ll work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor, analyze, and enhance the performance and management of our water and sewer network systems and assets. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement, implementing effective strategies, and overseeing the successful execution of projects that drive operational excellence. Partnering closely with external specialists, you''ll bring a level of commerciality to this role, seeking to create additional value to performance, influencing short-term solutions and long-term strategies to shape the future of our utility services. In this key leadership role, you''ll support a growing team, applying your excellence in engineering principles to effectively engage and build a culture of performance and improvement. About You A strategic thinker, you can work independently, and you also enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders. An excellent planner, you''ll have the autonomy to influence and implement processes that identify improvements to deliver value to our customers. You''re an experienced professional who has a strong working knowledge of water and sewer network operations and infrastructure.
