We deliver a broad range of services focused on the wellbeing and independence of individuals, families and communities across Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.About The RoleThe primary purpose of the Field Officer position is to offer support and guidance to apprentices and trainees, assisting with the completion of their training as well as improving retention and completion rates. We will provide you with everything you need to do your job successfully including a vehicle, laptop and mobile phone. Being out on the road visiting host employers and apprentices/trainees will be part of your everyday so if you''re a true people person and you enjoy connecting and engaging with local business and apprentices then this is a fantastic opportunity!Other Duties Will IncludeBuilding and managing a caseload of apprentices and traineesEstablishing networks with key industry groups, local businesses, state and local government organisations, schools, job networks and RTO providersContributing to the establishment of procedures, processes and activities that ensure the efficient operation of field services in the GTOCompleting all documentation relating to host business vacancies, requesting quotes, contracts, etcPerformance management of apprentices and traineesAbout YouOur successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role and/or have an understanding of a Group Training Organisation (GTO) and come with account management and strong relationship building skills. You will have proven experience in providing exceptional customer service and bring confidence to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
