This position focuses on cultivating an engaged, capable, and well-trained workforce. As the on-site P&C Manager, youll oversee the P&C function, actively contribute as a member of the site leadership team, and lead initiatives to develop a high-performing leadership team while fostering a vibrant and future-focused business culture.In addition to shaping the organizations culture, the P&C Manager will conduct organizational assessments to identify critical capabilities, design impactful P&C practices, and advocate for inclusion and diversity across the operation.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading change management efforts for major P&C projects and initiatives, including embedding Evolutions culture and ways of working into Northparkes, while enhancing change management skills within the sites leadership team.Driving organizational effectiveness by seeking continuous improvements in the people space.Implementing and refining operational training and support systems.Providing expert advice and coaching in employee relations, ensuring that ER practices align with cultural and business objectives while meeting legal compliance.Facilitating critical P&C processes on-site, including remuneration, performance, and talent reviews.About YouTo excel in this role, youll bring substantial experience in a senior, generalist P&C role within a medium- to large-sized organization, ideally leading a team of P&C professionals. Experience in dynamic, site-based P&C leadership roles, preferably within the mining sector or similar industries, is highly valued. Your expertise in contemporary P&C practices, organizational development, and implementing change initiatives will be essential as you guide large-scale programs and design P&C strategies aligned with operational goals. Your background will also include a strong foundation in ER/IR practices, workforce planning, budgeting, and business strategy.A natural leader, you inspire and mentor those around you, fostering organizational capability and collaboration. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to connect with stakeholders, both internally and externally, allow you to build strong relationships across teams and disciplines.
