JOB DESCRIPTION (Full Time, Fixed Term Contract)BenefitsGenerous employee discountsNew ergonomic office and buildingEnjoy a day off on the last Friday of the month (JanOct) as part of our global corporate Friday program!2 days WFHSupporting our growing DTC business, you will be responsible for leading organic social content and community management to further build our business and continue to strengthen the Levis equity, which puts us at the epicenter of Local Culture, Fashion & Music.This role is a 12-month fixed term contract and is key in driving best and next practice in PR, Social, and Event Strategy and Planning.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild Levis PR & Social strategy and plan for ANZ in line with Levis strategic priorities.Plan and create local content & compelling storytelling around our key monthly/seasonal focuses.Work closely with internal partners & our paid digital agency managing to ensure we meet our paid channel needs by providing locally created content appropriate to the channel/funnel stage which complements content supplied from Global.Align seasonal PR & Social activation plans with overarching APAC & Global marketing and business strategies to ensure brand consistency whilst flexing to ensure local relevance.Be the point of contact for our PR agency, clearly planning the yearly calendar moments, with KPIs and post-season learnings/insights.Establish a seeding/activation strategy for our local showroom which drives brand heat and meets our brand positioning goals across both D2C and strategic wholesale partners.Support our Affiliates marketing strategy with a particular focus on content creators, such as managing LTK.Be the point of contact for collaboration activation strategy and planning, managing internal stakeholders to cross-functionally maximize these unique opportunities.Manage, filter and consolidate the APAC & Global marketing information downloads and requests and completion of reporting documents to give transparency of ANZ activity and results.Utilize marketplace insights & brand health tracking results to identify consumer trends, analyze marketing campaigns and investment to further drive efficiency and improve on a constant basis KPIs and ROI.Consistently review processes and suppliers base to manage costs and create efficiencies.Work closely with the APAC legal team to ensure legal requirements & supplier onboarding roadmap milestones are met in a timely manner.Qualifications & ExperienceUniversity Degree in marketing, communication or business administration.3+ years of relevant professional experience.Strong understanding of social/content and needs for each stage of the funnel.Creative thinking and visionary POV.Strong business and commercial skills to analyze marketplace.Strong analytical and insights skills to read reports and turn into strategy and action plans.Strong negotiation skills to drive efficiency with external partners and internal stakeholders.Cross-functional interaction is key to make success.Functional CompetenciesConsumer & Market InsightBrings Inspired Creative to LifeInnovation & ExperimentationExecution focusedMarketing ROIThis role is perfectly suited to someone passionate about fashion, culture, and music, excited to be on top of and involved in the latest trends & cultural moments.
