Project Safety Advisor - Devonport (Tasmania)Full-Time roleRoster: 3:1 (Day and Night Shifts)We are currently seeking a Project Safety Advisor to join our clients team in Devonport, Tasmania. This is a full-time opportunity working on major construction projects.The ideal candidate will bring 5 years of experience in Safety Advisory roles within the construction sector. Local experience is desirable.Responsibilities: Implement and monitor Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality systems in line with project and regulatory requirements. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Lead incident investigations and ensure timely reporting and closeout of corrective actions. Deliver HSEQ inductions and toolbox talks to all site personnel. Maintain accurate records of safety activities and contribute to continuous improvement. Work collaboratively with site management to promote a culture of safety and compliance.Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in a Safety Advisor role within construction projects. Strong understanding of Australian HSEQ legislation and standards. Previous FIFO experience or remote project exposure preferred. Cert IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalent.
