And were able to help people map out career-defining, life-changing pathways to power their unique potential.Robert Walters Sydney is looking for their next outstanding Office Manager to join their high performing, vibrant, energetic, social Sydney office!The role?Monday - FridayBased in our Martin Place office, 2 minutes walk from the train stationOpportunity to work from home 1 day per weekExecutive SupportDiary, email and phone management for the Senior Director where required.Project work as delegated/directed by the Senior Director.Booking travel for staff when required.Event/Meeting Management Responsible for office-wide event management including the coordination of clients for internal functions and meetings.Assist in the induction of new staff by communicating information regarding general office policies and procedures.Ensure any changes to company policies, procedures, forms, and standard letters are implemented as directed.Office duties and general administrationDealing with general enquiries via phone, teams, or email communication from candidates, triaging to relevant consultants.Being a huge driver for office culture!
