Our significant experience in service delivery is reflected through 40 years of providing quality services and maintaining the highest of standards for our clients.Role SummaryThe role of the Accommodation Coordinator is to maximise the quality and enjoyment of the lives of clients with disability or psychosocial needs by ensuring that appropriate support services are delivered to meet the needs of individual clients who reside at our accommodations throughout the metropolitan area. Your responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the houses in your area, including the rostering and supervision of Support Worker staff and participation in role-related project work.Responsibilities And DutiesWorking from accommodations in order to best supervise and witness the delivery of our services to clientsRostering and supervision of Support Worker staff working in the regionCompleting client''s assessment, care planning, individualised support plans, positive behaviour support plans and other relevant assessments and reviewsEnsuring that all services delivered are based on the funding and preferences of the client so that they remain cost-effective and person-centeredThis role is being hired on a permanent full-time basis and is located out of our Bunbury office.Skills, Attributes And ExperienceOur ideal candidates will have previous experience in case management or support coordination within the Disability sector and be familiar with working within the NDIS framework and terms of business. You will have the ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships with both your clients and the staff you supervise. You will have superb communication skills and be confident conversing with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will value feedback and prioritise working within the broader coordination team in order to better your working practices.As well as the above skills, the Key Requirements include:Possess or willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening CheckPossess or willing to obtain a WA Working with Children CheckA valid driver''s licence and a reliable vehicleSt Jude''s NDIS are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
