Join PPS Now Hiring Experienced Civil & Piping Supervisors!Are you ready to lead in a challenging, rewarding environment with a company thats growing fast and values its people?About the RolePPS is seeking experienced Civil & Piping Supervisors to lead our teams across our projects on a 2:1 roster. Youll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality civil and NPI projectsranging from HDPE pipeline installations to commissioning works.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate civil and piping crews onsite.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, and inspections.Manage day-to-day operations and monitor progress.Solve problems proactively and adapt to changing conditions.Maintain clear communication with crews and management.Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.What Youll BringValid Drivers License & White Card.Section 44 / Schedule 26.Proven experience leading crews of up to 10 people.Solid background in civil works, HDPE pipelines, bore installation, mechanical and piping projects.Strong planning, leadership, and mentoring skills.Ability to forecast labour and equipment needs.A proactive, safety-first mindset.Ability to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening.About PPS:PPS Water Group provides end-to-end project solutions across Australia.
