Location: NewcastleEmtec Building Services is a leading national contractor with a highly skilled in-house workforce of mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineers, and more. We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to join us on site in Newcastle and the surrounding areas.The RoleAs a Site Supervisor working on interesting Mechanical Projects your duties will involve supervising the day-to-day activities on site which are predominately undertaken by sub-contractors. Ensuring all works are carried out safely and to the required standard, achieving all KPIs and objectives with a strong focus on quality control.Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management and coordination - oversee site operations and liaise with sub-contractors, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure maximum productivity, profitability, and satisfaction.Supervision and Quality Assurance - Monitor and supervise work delivery to ensure projects are completed according to the programme and meeting set quality standards. Address any concerns promptly with the Project Manager and suggest solutions to ensure the smooth running of the site. Ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.Compliance and Safety - Ensure site compliance with Health and Safety regulations, Emtec standard operating procedures, quality assurance accreditations, and legislative best practices.
