Thats where you come in. Youll take over full responsibility for Production and Warehouse operations, with a growing and loyal team who are hungry for guidance and structure.The role is challenging the business is going through substantial growth and change, there are systems still being built, processes that need to be improved - but the rewards are significant.Youll have direct exposure to the senior leadership team and the chance to help shape the future of a business that genuinely backs its people.Oversee machine operations, production scheduling, warehousing, logistics, and purchasingWork closely with supervisors to develop team capability and drive continuous improvementEnsure compliance with QHSE standards and maintain product qualityOversee / Lead maintenance planning and machine optimisation (Schnell, MEP, or similar)Coach and mentor your team and ensure safety and performance metrics are metManage inbound materials and transport logistics (including in-house fleet)Develop and provide regular operational reporting to the GMFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growthCandidate ProfileWere looking for a steel manufacturing leader with grit and people smarts.
