Our team is focused on delivering great service to our customers and bringing new product offerings to life.ABOUT THE ROLEWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Online Merchandise Coordinator to join our Ecommerce team! Responsible for your own brand website, you will maximise conversion rates and online sales as well as build enhanced product content.RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain the websites including product catalogue management and merchandisingExecute online promotional activities to ensure websites are aligned with store activityDrive sales, conversion and revenue by effectively merchandising products helping customers navigate to the right products quickly and easilyAnalyse and present key eCommerce metrics to make merchandising decisions and increase sales onlineMonitor customer fulfillment and follow upSKILLS & EXPERIENCEMinimum 2-3 years experience in an Online Merchandise Coordinator or similar eCommerce roleStrong eCommerce and merchandising skills, including site merchandising and adding products to a high-volume catalogueRetail background is highly desirable ideally from a high-volume, fast-paced environmentComfortable with reporting and analyticsExperience with Shopify is a bonusAbove all, we are seeking someone who is motivated and keen to learn!
