You will play a pivotal role by taking projects from concept through to implementation in line with the NTT DATA ANZ vision, goals and priorities.What you''ll be doingKey Responsibilities:Contribute to the development of an effective transformation strategy and roadmap, with ownership for developing and executing key project plansAct as a problem-solving partner to identify insights and ideate radical solutions addressing business, process, information and system opportunities (leveraging technology and automation)Take responsibility for delivery of project elements, in line with sponsor requirements with minimal supervisionWork in agile ways - collaboratively, with transparency and contribute to continuous improvementFacilitate workshops and engage with a cross section of senior leadersEngage with various individuals and teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of transformation initiativesEnsure the identification and documentation of operational gaps including user guides, templates, test cases and related user trainingCommunicate and escalate if any issues arise or deliverables cannot be met and request assistance to ensure closure of issuesContribute to project management processes, templates and tools to ensure consistent and effective project deliverySupport development of and implements project reporting requirements and metrics to track project performance, milestones, risks and key performance indicators (KPIs).Knowledge and Attributes:Practical and hands-on results-oriented with the ability to achieve high quality results that drive outcomes and impact at scaleInterpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationshipsAbility to work with a variety of stakeholders to deliver transformationExcellent facilitation and communication skills (including verbal and written)Ability to develop creative and innovative approaches to problem solving, and solution identification and designAbility to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategicallyAbility to manage expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraintsCurious about testing new approaches and working in agile ways, and willing to constructively challenge othersSelf-aware of strengths and embraces opportunities for learning and growthExcellent ability to plan and organize yourself and othersExcellent attention to detailProficient in the Microsoft 365 suite (including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)Academic Qualifications and Certifications:Scrum and/or other PMO certifications or equivalent preferredRequired Experience:Minimum of 8 years of experience in programs and projects in a similar environmentMinimum of 8 years of experience in change managementWorkplace type: Hybrid WorkingAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
