Were looking for a skilled and proactive Revenue Finance Business Partner to join our team and play a key role in shaping financial performance and commercial outcomes across the business.What youll be doing:Lead monthly revenue reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis, delivering clear insights on financial performance.Provide strategic financial advice to senior leaders, supporting commercial decision-making across the business.Deliver budgeting, business planning, and in-depth financial analysis for key business units.Manage revenue month-end close, reconciliations, and ensure compliance with AASB 15 and other relevant standards.Enhance stakeholder understanding of financial and regulatory frameworks through clear, strategic guidance.Support governance processes, including compliance with the Gate Investment Framework.Continuously improve revenue accounting systems, processes, and financial controls to drive efficiency and accuracy.Build strong partnerships across the organisation and support finance-led improvement initiatives.About youOffering a strong knowledge of revenue recognition standards and financial reporting requirements, the successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.You will also hold:A degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline.CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent), with a solid foundation of relevant professional experience.Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, and confident using Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting.Strong time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including those without a financial background.A collaborative working style, with the ability to foster strong relationships and contribute positively to team outcomes.A focus on continuous improvement and a commitment to delivering high-quality, actionable financial insights that support business decision-making and commercial outcomes.If youre a finance professional looking to make a strategic impact and thrive in a dynamic environment, wed love to hear from you.What''s on offerThis is a Permanent full-time opportunity, offering an attractive remuneration and benefits package.At TasNetworks, we want to power a bright future for our people, our community, and our customers.
