The team provides business performance information, financial analysis and advice on the Home Lending product portfolio to support operational and strategic decisions.Do work that mattersThe Customer Service Lending (CSL) business unit encompasses the mobile, premier, and branch lender network within the Retail Banking Division (including Premier Banking and Private Banking).The Senior Manager CSL Finance Business is the key Finance role supporting the CSL distribution channel within the Retail Banking Division of CBA.Were interested in hearing from people who will aspire toDeliver regular business insights on the CSL distribution channel, including critical insights on proprietary/ broker competitive landscapeConduct financial modelling and analysis required to guide optimal business decisions including lender productivity, FTE reporting, and expensesFacilitate the planning, cascading, and maintenance of lender goalsBuild and maintain productive relations with finance and non-finance stakeholders including RBS Finance teams and Home Lending DistributionOther ad hoc reviews/ deep dives into business/ financial performance as requiredPreparation and presentation of outputs/ conclusions as requiredOther qualities you may possess includeGraduate qualifications in a numerate discipline preferably finance, business or economicsStrong commercial, financial and/or management accounting skillsStrong ability to manage and present to senior stakeholders including Executive General Manager levelProven track record of understanding industry trends and translating and linking to business outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking with us meansWhether youre passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career here is for you.
