JLL is seeking a talented Property Analyst to join our Work Dynamics team and play a crucial role in expanding the parcel locker network for our client Australia Post.As a Property Analyst, you''ll support the Business Development Lead in identifying and evaluating potential locations for Australia Post''s parcel locker network expansion. You''ll utilise advanced data analysis techniques to drive strategic decision-making and contribute to the growth of this innovative initiative.An overview of the role:Analyse business development briefs and provide data-driven insightsIdentify and prioritise high-potential partnership opportunities using multiple datasetsDevelop and present comprehensive data insights to refine business development strategiesMaintain and improve a database of market intelligence and property informationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure actionable data insightsIdentify process improvements and innovative approaches to data analysisSound like you?
