More about our projects, locations, and current works can be found at www.ce.group or on our LinkedIn and Facebook pages.About the roleAs our newest Project Manager, you have hands-on experience in an Electrical Project Supervision or Foreman role and are looking to grow into the next stage of your career.You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of specific projects, including alignment with standards, budgets, and program schedules. This role is integral to successful project delivery across a range of projects in various industrial market sectors. Additionally, you will champion the health, safety, and well-being of all stakeholders and provide mentorship to the project delivery teams.This role will ideally suit someone with solid on-ground experience who can effectively manage materials, personnel and deliver contractual obligations in an efficient and resourceful manner. This role will be primarily based in Brisbane, with some intermittent travel to project sites as required.As a project manager, you may be contacted or be required to contact out of normal business hours, and respond as required by client and project demands. Some weekend or public holiday works may be required and the salary on offer has been considered to include this potential.About youAs a Project Manager, you will be required to demonstrate the below experience and skills necessary to be successful in the role:Demonstrated experience in delivery of electrical construction / industrial projects from site levelIdentifying and executing efficiency improvements for maximum client valueCoordinate with various internal and external project stakeholders to ensure quality and financial objectives are achievedProvide clear and frequent project updates to leaders and internal stakeholders that define project status, schedule, and risks and opportunities.Comprehensively manage procurement requirements, while forward planning for logistics and execution needs.Demonstrate team and personnel management and mentoring skills to deliver a cohesive and productive project team outcomeAdhere to and champion company, client and legislative health and safety requirementsContribute meaningfully to forecasting and reporting requirements relating to project progress, contractual requirements and risk and opportunities.All candidates will be able to produce:A current and valid driver''s licenseA valid electrical licenceAn acceptable pre-employment medical, including adherence to client and site vaccination requirements where applicable.Most importantly, our team is hands-on, are not afraid to get their hands dirty, and are open to doing whatever it takes to get the job done!
