It is also dedicated to delivering the best workplace technology experience for over 53,000 people across CBA and is focused on providing the latest tools, technology, and resources to enhance the way we work together and thereby empowering our people to achieve more for our customers.This role will see you become part of our Mobile Foundations Technology Chapter, a part of the groups wider Retail Technology Practice.As a Staff Engineer, you are a technical Subject Matter Expert (SME), consulting on technical strategies, products, feature designs and will be critical to our quality implementation and delivery. You will have the opportunity to work as a Full Cycle Engineer, which includes API development, systems integration, and contributing to the evolution of our systems and the business strategy. This role will see you lead a key project initiative that drives the organisations DevOps Hosting Platform (DHP), deploying mobile service in AWS EC2.You will also be invited to attend our regular engineering guilds, to broaden your expertise and participate in agile ceremonies, which will allow you to contribute to and define the way we operate.Were interested in hearing from people who:Have a strong application development background in .NET, JavaScript / TypeScript, building for web and mobile with an expert understanding of AWS cloud services and product solutions.Are passionate about building resilient and secure cloud infrastructure to support application development on AWS.Are proficient in driving technical engineering, product strategies and or roadmaps across a complex technical ecosystem.Have a proven track record in designing and delivering mission critical solutions.Understand the complexity and challenges in delivering scalable solutions in an enterprise setting.Can drive initiatives, define and investigate problem spaces, gain support for recommendations, design solutions and deliver the outcome.Are a strong technical leader with the ability to inspire an engaged team of engineers, mentor and foster a culture of excellence, and provide technical leadership.Tech skills:At CBA, we use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks.
