We believe when members understand and engage with their super, theyre more likely to get a better retirement outcome.As the Marketing Specialist (Email Marketing Specialist), you will work closely with your team leader, constantly striving to exceed expectations and surprise and delight Rest members. At times you may also assist and support retirement-focused activity depending on member and business priorities.Responsibilities:Implement email marketing led campaigns.Support omni-channel marketing activity to deliver a target member experience that will engage and delight members.Implement data-driven interactions that support the target member experience employing agile methodologies where required to deliver at pace.Execute highly focused marketing campaign activities and content to retain members and support the retention of employer relationships via a range of channels.Contribute to a small team of marketing professionals, living the Rest values.Brief internal and external agencies to develop content that helps deliver on our mission to make super simple.Work closely with teams across Rest to ensure marketing activities are coordinated and aligned to Rest brand standards.Minimum Requirements:Tertiary qualified in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent experience driving email marketing campaigns.Required experience, understanding or credentials including:Recent experience in email marketing.Ability and willingness to adopt agile delivery methodologies.A willingness to innovate, test and learn as a fundamental way of operating.Developing commercial acumen to understand strategic plans.Ability to execute plans in consultation with key stakeholders.Developing stakeholder engagement, influencing and interpersonal skills.Sound verbal communication and presentation skills.Familiarity with superannuation, financial services or similar regulated industry environment is beneficial.Ability to balance multiple projects.A team player with sound interpersonal skills.High energy and resilience levels.Our benefits have been designed so you can tailor your experience with us and include:Personal and professional development opportunities.Purchase leave scheme and gender neutral 16 weeks paid parental leave.Super Contribution Continuation for 12 Months of parental leave.Income Protection Insurance.Rest Excellence awards (peer recognition awards based on Rests values and behaviours).If you share our values, believe you can help make a difference for our members and want to be part of a leading superannuation fund with a Super culture, please click Apply Now.Rest is committed to creating a flexible work environment and culture that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion - where people feel welcome, safe to be themselves and inspired to do their best.We value the different backgrounds, lived experiences and abilities our diverse team brings.
