This role involves analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices through methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. The CI Manager works closely with cross-functional teams, providing leadership, training, and support to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, they monitor key performance indicators, track project outcomes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals, striving to optimize workflows, enhance quality, and ensure sustainable operational improvements across all levels of the business.Key Responsibilities:Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives - Lead and manage continuous improvement projects across the organization, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.Implement 5S System - Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of the 5S system (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to improve workplace organization, reduce clutter, and enhance productivity and safety.Develop Zoning Practices - Develop and implement effective zoning practices within the workspace to optimize flow, reduce downtime, and ensure proper organization of materials and resources in designated areas.Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement - Champion and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, encouraging all employees to engage in identifying and solving operational challenges.Provide Training and Support - Offer training, coaching, and mentoring to employees and teams on continuous improvement tools, techniques, and methodologies, enhancing their capability to contribute to the improvement process.Monitor and Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives, using data-driven insights to guide further actions and decision-making.Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work collaboratively with various departments to align improvement efforts, share best practices, and ensure the integration of continuous improvement initiatives into day-to-day operations.Advance Capability Journey - Lead the organizations capability journey, identifying opportunities for skill development, process optimization, and innovation, ensuring that the workforce is equipped to sustain long-term improvements and meet future challenges.Required Qualifications:Proven experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes, and managing cross-functional teams in a manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environment.Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and apply problem-solving techniques to address inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and reduce costs.Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in driving cultural change, managing teams, and mentoring employees to foster a continuous improvement mindset.Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet desired outcomes.Deep understanding of industry standards and best practices in operational excellence, particularly in manufacturing, healthcare, or service industries.Experience advancing the organizations capability journey, promoting sustainable process improvements, and embedding a continuous improvement culture at all levels.Oversee the creation of production standards, parameters and budgets, ensuring meticulous management of manufacturing costs and financial efficiency.Possess an engineering degree coupled with extensive expertise in manufacturing processes to drive operational excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
