Apply now!As custodians of the next generation in our region, our Child and Family Health nurses play a key role in the core goal of our Health District healthier rural people and thriving communities. Youll be in early contact with our families, providing services which may include comprehensive family assessment, monitoring growth and development of young children, education and support for parents, immunisations, and referrals when necessary.You will need to have relevant post graduate qualifications or be close to finishing (within six months), have sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
