Some might even say it feels like being right at home.As an aspiring Supply Chain leader, the Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager will have responsibility for managing projects, driving continuous improvement and ensuring successful outcomes through strong stakeholder & risk management. The CI Manager will implement this by partnering with our Supply Chain leaders to manage CI initiatives within our distribution centre operations.About the role:Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget; develop and implement standardised project management methodologiesCreate, generate and distribute regular project reports for internal and external stakeholdersControl operational costs and ensure effective management of benefitsEfficiently manage labour and equipment resourcesActively participate in project discovery sessions and provide valuable inputOversee risk management and facilitate engagement with relevant sponsors and stakeholdersCollaborate with Supply Chain and business teams to offer project management and change management supportDevelop and implement change management frameworks, transition plans and ensure a smooth project closureEffectively manage multiple, diverse projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budgetIdentify and mitigate project risks to deliver stable and reliable solutionsFoster a strong team culture that promotes continuous improvement and drives high performanceDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with teams across all business functions within MyerAccurately capture stakeholder business requirements while defining project charters and scopeMaintain clear and effective communication with internal and external customers.About you:5+ years of experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain5+ years of experience in continuous improvement frameworkAbility to manage complex continuous improvement projects, identifying areas for improvement and executing the planStrong stakeholder relationship building skills to drive suitable outcomesStrong understanding of data management and database administrationStrong organisational skills with the ability to time manage multiple projects on time.This position offers great exposure to senior stakeholders; you will ultimately be leading end-to-end continuous improvement activities, coaching teams & driving a culture of learning & development.
