Reporting to the Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for providing the Subcontracts team with support in the use of the Subcontract System tools (SAP and RDS for Purchase Requisitions). You will also be involved in maintaining and tracking the Subcontract Register, Correspondence Register and administering minor Subcontracts.This will suit someone with 2-3 years of experience wanting to advance their career. These are just a few words that describe you.Your focus will include:Raising Purchase Requisitions for Subcontract Variations.Maintaining filing of all Subcontract documentation and correspondence.Maintaining Subcontract and Head Contract Registers.Administering minor value Subcontracts.Liaising with assigned Package Engineers to follow up actions in Supplier/Subcontract progress reports.Issuing and document controlling correspondence to Subcontractors and Principal.Maintaining cost register with input from stakeholders.Must have:Willingness and enthusiasm to learn Contracts Management Process.3+ years of experience as an administrator on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects. 2-3 years of experience with administration/contracts experience.Strong attention to detail.Advanced competency with Excel and Word.Ability to reconcile data and cost.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with subcontractors.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.We have created an environment that brings out the best in our people.
