Kooringal Golf Club, located in the inner western suburbs of Melbourne, is seeking the services of a full-time Operations Manager.We are one of the leading private golf clubs in the western suburbs and also a very friendly and welcoming local community club for the good folk of Altona. The uniqueness of our club is that we service golfing members, social members and patrons. Whether its for golf, entertainment, a private function, lunch/dinner or for a social drink, we take great pride in delivering quality services and fare.Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will oversee and be accountable for four key areas:Gaming compliance and operationsHospitality compliance and operationsPresentation of the clubhouse and associated facilitiesThe financial outcomes of both gaming and hospitality, including managing monthly targets, budget preparation and CAPEX purchases.With a hands-on approach, you will lead a team of approximately 25 staff, including a crew in the kitchen and also the front-of-house staff in gaming and hospitality. Gaming and hospitality qualifications and a proven track record in leading a team to deliver excellence are essential.Our point of difference is our culture.
