Following an initial review of applications, shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview with the General Manager and representatives of the Board.This rare opportunity has arisen for only the third time in 35 years, following the departure of our respected Golf Professional of 16 years, who is taking up a broader role at a major Sydney club.About Cromer Golf ClubCromer is a private members club located on Sydneys Northern Beaches, known for its beautifully maintained, challenging golf course and outstanding practice facilities. The club recently completed a full renovation of its Craig Parry-designed short game area, including full sized chipping and putting green and bunker with practice nets. The club also offers a limited length driving range. A newly updated club house and wellness offering round out the clubs exceptional amenities.With an active, engaged, and growing membership, Cromer has recently enjoyed strong success in representative golf, including:Our Womens Division 3 Team winning the 2025 PennantOur Mens Division 1 Major Pennant Team reaching the semi-finalsCromer is also renowned for its welcoming and inclusive culture, making it a sought-after club both competitively and socially.About the RoleThe successful candidate will play a key leadership role in shaping a new, innovative service model for the Pro Shop, coaching programs, retail operations, and golf services.
