The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of Andrology Department and team researchers across varied projects.The position is required to enhance the research of the Andrology Lab and thus contribute to the Institutes research overall activities. The Andrology Department acts as a clinical arm of overall Andrology Research at the Concord campus. This role of Data Manager is primarily focused on Data Analysis and management. To carry out quantitative data sciences analysis, applying statistical methodology to clinical research problems and maintaining, checking, cleaning and documentation of clinical data.Key ResponsibilitiesDegree qualifications in quantitative or data sciences (mathematics, statistics, computer science, econometrics etc.) or strong undergraduate mathematical background plus experience in applying biostatistics and/or relevant experience.Health research experience; ideally with population or other large datasets.Demonstrated experience with REDCap database, R programming and one or more major statistical packages (SAS, SPSS, STATA, MATLAB).Benefits and Perks!Opportunity for extra tax savings through Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing.
