Received apprenticeship training in commercial cookeryProven experience working the wok station with speed, precision, and consistency in a busy kitchen environmentProficiency with diverse food preparation techniques and cooking equipmentSuccessfully completed a Commercial Cookery Apprenticeship, gaining comprehensive knowledge of food preparation, particularly in caf, hotel, or high-volume settings, along with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of relevant liquor lawsFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidaysAbout YouYou are passionate and creative, with strong wok skills and a willingness to share your expertise to guide and support team members new to Food Quarter.
