We are looking for a team player that is passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving brand loyalty, and increasing customer engagement.As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating the loaned instruments within the hospitals, as well as, inspecting, packaging, and distributing instruments used for surgical procedures, including checking and coordinating instruments loan sets across all surgical specialties; liaising with medical companies, other healthcare providers and nurse managers; ensuring completeness of all sets on receiving and dispatch on a strict deadline; processing instruments efficiently and timely, and manage documentation effectively. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Receiving, inspecting, and unpacking returned loan set kits from customers and hospitalsMaintaining instrument and implant sets to ensure loan kits are ready for use with proper functionality and cleanliness.Invoicing purchase orders for used loan stockLiaise with couriers, placing urgent orders and following up on PODs for loan and consignment stockResupplying and picking inventory for hospital consignment locationsSending stock to the sales team for their inventoriesTransacting accurately within the required time frame in ERP system as per standard operating proceduresFulfillment of Endotherapeutics online ecommerce orders including customer and database updatesSystematic cycle count of stock at Head OfficeReceipt stock at head office into systems and unpack into appropriate baysPrimary responsibility for kitchen cleanliness including packing and unpacking dishwasherOrder, receipt and unpacking of office supplies including stationery and kitchen suppliesAbout youA highly motivated and positive attitudeAttention to detail in all aspects of your roleGreat organisational and time management skillsAbility to work in a teamCapacity to prioritise tasksGood interpersonal customer support and communication skills are essentialBe well presented and professionalWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and value diversity.
