Were passionate about what we do, and excited to welcome someone like you to grow with us.What Youll Do:As a Spray Dryer Operator, youll play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring our products are made to the highest standards of quality and safety.Key responsibilities include:Operate, monitor, and control automated manufacturing equipment via SCADA systems and HMI interfaces (e.g., liquid and powder mixing equipment, spray dryer, roller drum dryers, pasteurisers, fillers, and packaging machines).Perform routine equipment start-up, shutdown, and changeovers according to standard operating procedures.Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure product specifications are met throughout the production cycle.Identify, diagnose, and escalate equipment malfunctions and perform minor maintenance or adjustments as needed.Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and participate in root cause analysis.Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.Record production data, downtime, and maintenance activities using digital and manual logbooks or MES systems.Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste or downtime.Follow safety and food quality guidelines at all times.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.What Were Looking For:We value experience, but we also believe the right attitude is everything.
