Job DescriptionWe are looking for a fluent Mandarin-speaking Admin Officer, preferably of Chinese ethnicity, but also considering candidates of Chinese descent or Asian origin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily administrative operations and overseeing the procurement and management of office supplies. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth functioning of our office environment and supporting the team''s productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration:Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and scheduling meetings.Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.Coordinate office activities, events, and meetings, ensuring all logistical arrangements are in place.Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.Office Supplies Management:Oversee the procurement of office supplies and materials, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best deals and quality.Maintain an inventory system to track office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.Manage the distribution and replenishment of supplies, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste.Budget Monitoring:Monitor administrative budgets, tracking expenses, and making recommendations to optimize costs.Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring all transactions are accurately documented and comply with financial guidelines.Team Support:Provide administrative support to the team, including assisting with travel arrangements, expense claims, and other administrative tasks as required.Foster a positive and professional working environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.RequirementsMinimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, with a proven track record of effective office management.Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Chinese ethnicity preferred, but candidates of Chinese descent or Asian origin will also be considered.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant administrative software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and inclusive work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
