Youll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns directly contributing to pipeline and revenue for the Agency. This role is for you if you''re data-driven, creative, and love owning marketing performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand Generation & Lead Acquisition: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract qualified leads. Optimise lead generation channels, including paid ads, content marketing, SEO, and email campaigns. Manage and improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Align marketing efforts with sales to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads. Implement lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into customers. Track and report on marketing-sourced pipeline and closed deals.Content & Messaging Strategy: Oversee content creation (blog posts, case studies, landing pages, etc.) to drive engagement and conversions. Develop compelling messaging that speaks directly to target audiences.Performance Tracking & Optimization: Own marketing analytics, tracking key metrics like cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and ROI. Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights.Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with sales to refine lead qualification criteria. Manage external vendors and freelancers as needed. Stay updated on marketing trends and industry best practices.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Your success in this role will be measured by:1.
