Fyfe works with a wide range of clients in the Property & Infrastructure and Energy & Resources sectors to provide high quality, commercially pragmatic solutions with a strong focus on client service and delivery.About The RoleWe are looking for an organised, proactive, and flexible Executive Assistant to provide support for the General Manager, Project Delivery and the Energy and Resources wider team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:General office administrative & operational support to the management team.Providing financial and reporting support; Invoicing, and month end reporting.Prepare board reports.Organise induction, training programs and ensure proper registration of employees.Review payroll, follow up on timesheets, and manage overtime requests with necessary approvals.Manage supplier transactions, such as general receipts, purchase orders, and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth transaction flow.Manage purchase orders for suppliers and subcontractors.Coordinate events and functions.Key Requirements:Strong understanding of financial processes, including purchase orders and supplier management.Experience with financial reporting tools and Microsoft products such as Power BI, Excel, and Word.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with suppliers, employees, and other stakeholders effectively.High attention to detail, especially in financial and transactional processes.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Culture:Fyfe values our clients and our people and has a culture built on respect, integrity and the delivery of value.
