You will report to the Design Manager and form part of a small, supportive, and energetic team. This role is critical as part of the sales process to ensure the design of the home is within compliance parameters for company building and local authority.The Designer will be the champion for the sales sketch process in collaboration with other stakeholders and departments to create a positive customer experience whilst ensuring the design sketches meet the customer and business needs.About You:To be successful in these roles, you will have:2+ years experience working as a Designer for a residential home builderUnderstanding of building codesA positive and self-motivated approach to your workWhat''s in it for you?A salary ranging up to $110K + Super, with onsite parking included, as well as an opportunity to progress your career.
