We are one club by name and nature, empowering our people to lead from the front and deliver results in a safe and supportive workplace.THE PERKSJoin a supportive, tight-knit and collaborative team who perfectly balance fun and productivity.Close and convenient location easily accessible from public transport, based at Randwick.Free onsite parking at all venues.Health and wellbeing initiatives such as fruit boxes, mental health talks and fitness challenges.An additional day off per year for Wellbeing Leave.Recognition for outstanding work through our reward & recognition program.Complimentary race day passes.End of carnival team celebrations and regular social events.Opportunities to give back to the community through our community engagement volunteering program.THE OPPORTUNITYBased at Randwick Racecourse and reporting to the General Manager Partnerships, the Senior Manager, Partnerships and Commercial will be responsible for actively managing existing Australian Turf Club partners.DAY TO DAY, THE ROLE WILL:Manage a partner portfolio, providing impeccable customer service and ensuring regular contact to build and maintain solid rapport, driving partner engagement and renewal.Deliver on agreed benefits with partners in a timely and efficient manner.Plan, manage and monitor partner raceday events to ensure contractual obligations are met.Stakeholder management liaise with the wider team and external providers to ensure partner requirements are met.Management of the annual revenue and expenditure budgets.Development and execution of partnership strategies to deliver ROI.Any other ad-hoc duties as required.THE RIGHT FITTo be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:12 months maximum term contract.Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of partners in a similar industry.Proven ability to work with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure flawless execution on racedays.Excellent written, verbal, presentation and influencing skills.Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with partners.Strong time management skills with the ability to be proactive and manage conflicting priorities.Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, marketing and/or communications combined with typically 3 to 5 years post-qualifications experience in sponsorship and/or account management roles.Ability to attend and work several rostered races on Saturdays and Public Holidays is required.If you believe you are the right person for the role, please visit our Careers page and apply today!Applications close: 16 April 2025We look forward to reviewing your application.Australian Turf Club is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating and maintaining a workplace where our team members feel safe, valued and respected, regardless of gender identity, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation or life stage.
