MOB Product Technical Sales Support EngineerThe ideal candidate will provide technical assessment of customer applications in pre-sales and technical support in post-sales situations, primarily for Datalogic product in Data capture industry. Your role mission is raising customers satisfaction and raising market share in the region.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical assessment of customer applications in pre-sales and technical support in post-sales situations, for MOB product in ANZ region.Work closely with the sales team, be sensitive to sales situations, able to quickly analyze a technical problem through customers sample evaluations, recommend and implement a solution to meet the customers requirements, and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations of technical solutions to both large and small technical and non-technical audiences.Prepare software and hardware to demonstrate Datalogics system capabilities during trade shows, prepare and conduct technical seminar presentations, and support beta customers.Provide front-line technical support; interface and coordinate with the global technical support group to meet customers satisfaction.Conduct product training courses on Datalogic solutions.This position requires extensive cross-region travel; candidates should be willing to travel at short notice.Ensure real-time bi-directional feedback on technical issues to both the customer and sales team.Other tasks as assigned by the manager.QualificationsBachelor''s degree or Master''s degree in an engineering field such as Automation, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.Knowledge of optics and lighting is a big plus.Primary language: fluency in local language and fluency in English: both written and verbal communication.ExperiencesA minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in the DC industry is required.Previous experience of at least one year with MOB products is required.Familiar with mobile computer and hand-held bar code scanner applications in the DC industry, understanding the basic principles and programming.Understanding of common industrial communications and networking environments is preferred.Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionTechnical Sales SupportIndustriesAppliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
