If you are successful in this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client satisfaction for the portfolio of clients allocated to you in a professional, profitable, and sustainable manner.You will also be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to supervisors to help guide their team. Do note, given the nature of the cleaning industry and our commitment to keeping our clients satisfied, from time to time you may be required to work after hours.Key ResponsibilitiesManage service delivery in accordance with service level agreements.Manage new contract commencements (Start-Ups) and contract terminations.Conduct and record client site inspections in accordance with portfolio and minimum inspection schedule.Manage programmed and special services as required.Identify, manage, document and follow-up non-conforming services, including taking corrective and preventative action as appropriate.Stock control for contracts within the jobholders portfolio.Maintain equipment, including regular inspection, staff training, supervision, repairs, testing and tagging, and records within your portfolio.Conform to budgetary limits and profitability targets as set by management for all client contracts, special services, labour, sub-contractors, supplies, chemicals, materials and equipment.Management and support of all Employees, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers within your portfolio of responsibility, including their behaviour and performance.Minor business development functions as required.About youWe are looking for someone proactive with a positive attitude and an interest in supporting our growth. You show initiative and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to work both autonomously and effectively as part of a team.Skills and ExperienceThe role requires working with high-expectation clients who value attention to detail and excellence in service delivery.A professional and solution-focused approach is essential when responding to client requests and adjustments.The ability to take feedback objectively and implement improvements without taking it personally is key to success in this role.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the confidence to handle client interactions and team leadership.Must have relevant experience and knowledge of the cleaning industry and supervision of cleaning procedures.Educational qualifications relating to business administration, people management, demonstrate experience and an understanding of the changing climate of the cleaning and facility management industry.As a company vehicle is required to be used as part of the duties, a valid Australian drivers license is required of the person conducting this job.Previous experience in a leadership role.Understanding of Facilities Management services.Experience in organising and prioritising a demanding workload is essential.
