We make it happen.About You:You have a strong background in consulting services sales and thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You''re proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines at once. You bring structure to your work, communicate clearly across teams, and are seen as a reliable source of insight. Youre naturally curious, keen to learn, and skilled at building and maintaining strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Execute Mav3riks Go-to-Market sales strategy in line with overall business goals.Focus on priority industries and accounts to drive targeted growth.Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective clients.Build and manage a qualified pipeline, including accurate forecasting and reporting.Drive consistent sales activity to meet and exceed individual and team targets.Apply the MEDDPICC framework across all sales opportunities to improve deal qualification and close rates.Own and execute against a structured sales plan for your assigned territory.Work closely with delivery, marketing, and pre-sales teams to shape and convert opportunities.Minimum Qualifications:Experience in selling consulting services, complex software, Software Development, and Advisory services.Preferably a network of engagement within Salesforce Australia.Demonstrated track record of building a quality well-qualified pipeline, generating revenue, and achieving targets.Ability to drive complex bids for enterprise clients.Benefits and Perks:Generous leave policies.Health and wellness benefit.Salesforce training programs and certifications.Retirement benefits (superannuation contributions).Recognition programs.Team-building activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
