You''ll enjoy the benefits of a hybrid work arrangement, combining flexibility with meaningful, hands-on involvement in our expanding operations.Job DescriptionIn this role, you will:Be at the heart of delivering critical government and infrastructure projects, leading a high-performing team within the fast-paced data and communications sector.Drive sustainable growth and foster a positive, innovative team culture.Oversee daily operations to ensure projects run efficiently and meet key milestones.Manage resource planning, documentation, scheduling, cost control, and customer engagement to deliver seamless outcomes.Attend site meetings, lead inspections, and ensure work meets the highest standards.Work closely with the Sales and wider Operations teams to scope, estimate, and quote upcoming projects.Champion a strong safety and quality culture, prioritising HSEQ standards at every step.Mentor Technicians and Apprentices, promoting excellence, development, and safety across the team.About You:You willHave experience working within a school or government project setting.Possess, or be willing to obtain prior to employment, a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.Be trades qualified (telecommunications or electrical is preferred). Holding a current ACMA licence or electrical licence for NSW would be highly regarded.Have an exceptional attention to detail and a high proficiency in using project management software and the MS Office suite.
