This role focuses on managing financial and management reporting for property owners, preparing key financial reports, and coordinating the quarterly Asset Planning Process. This position offers an opportunity to play a crucial role in financial compliance, reporting, and analysis within the dynamic property sector.An overview of the role:Manage financial and management reporting for property owner(s)Prepare key financial reports including budgets, quarterly forecasts, KPIs, and lease expiry informationCoordinate the quarterly Asset Planning ProcessEnsure financial compliance and maintain detailed documentationLiaise with external auditors and respond to queries promptlySupport the property management team with financial analysis and modellingSound like you?
