A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to identifying, implementing and monitoring the day-to-day operations of these various disability services along with leading and guiding a large team of support workers. This is a fast-paced role and you will need to have demonstrated skills in working across multiple areas & tasks in a day. You''ll be involved in building the community portfolio, that drives growth within this region of Rockhampton.
