Join our team at Greensborough Plaza as an Operations Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our thriving shopping centre.As the Operations Manager, you''ll be responsible for supervising daily activities to ensure optimal centre operations, with a focus on maintenance, capital works, and deliveries. Your primary objectives will be to maintain the health, safety, and security of all visitors and occupants, enhance the presentation and performance of the property, and implement client strategies.An overview of the role:Implement and manage risk management programsOversee capital works projectsDrive sustainability initiativesEnsure compliance with workplace health and safety legislationSupervise security and cleaning contractorsManage maintenance schedules and budgetsCoordinate tenancy fit-outs and landlord worksProvide exceptional customer serviceBe on call 24/7 for emergency situationsSound like you?
