Add expected salary to your profile for insightsAs the Asset Planning Officer, you will participate in a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and technical officers to implement and comply with asset management policies, strategies, plans, systems and processes. You will also contribute electrical knowledge to the dam safety inspection program and reports as well as developing the full lifecycle asset management plans for electrical assets.Other responsibilities will include:Conducting and documenting the electrical components of asset inspections and condition and risk assessmentsDeveloping the planned maintenance electrical project initiation documents, budget estimates and business cases with other teams and business partnersSupporting Planning and Regional Operational teams with strategic asset lifecycle planningProviding electrical asset support to identify risks and opportunitiesPlease note that due to the requirements of this role, there will be some travel involved to different Sunwater assets. Travel will usually be around 20-30 days per year.Sunwater is seeking an experienced individual with demonstrated experience in strategic asset plan development, whole of life analysis and asset portfolio review.
