As a Sydney-based crew member, you will fly to over 16 regional destinations across Eastern Australia, including Cooma, Orange, and Lord Howe Island. You will deliver an exceptional inflight service to our customers and ensure the highest level of safety onboard, trained confidently to manage a variety of emergency situations.About YouDemonstrate passion and pride in consistently delivering exceptional customer service.Anticipate customer needs and take responsibility in following policies and procedures.Offer a caring approach to nervous flyers and respect cultural and linguistic diversities.Adhere to the relevant training requirements of the role and pass all training assessments.Build rapport with team members and contribute positively to the teams performance.Maintain personal grooming requirements and ensure all areas of the cabin are clean.Sound written and verbal communication skills in the English language to effectively follow or implement safety instructions.18 years of age or older.Recent experience in a customer-facing role.Minimum reach of 212cm from the ground (fingertips must reach past 212cm, with both hands at the same time and barefoot).Maximum height of 183cm.A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or willingness to obtain.Excellent health and fitness, including the ability to swim and tread water unassisted.Unlimited Australian working rights.Please note: this role is based in Sydney, Australia. You must be willing to work from this location and safely arrive at work within 90 minutes.
