NRG have been operating successfully for over 14 years, specialising in electrical contracting, labour hire, engineering and consultancy services to top tier clients, contractors, and government entities throughout Australia.About the role:Due to our continual growth, we seek an experienced and highly motivated Administer to join our team in the Labour Hire division!The successful candidate will be chartered with the responsibility to maximise our productivity and utilisation in delivering customer initiated and maintenance Labour hire. You will be challenged to create effective work schedules whilst ensuring regulatory and contractual requirements are met.The ability to work under pressure, use initiative when required, and possess a positive attitude are all necessary for this exciting role.Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:Site Mobilisation - Coordinate accommodation & travel, employee compliance including site specific inductions & training, site specific equipment compliance;Customer Relations Positively engage with clients, manage workforce performance and customer concerns/complaints, recognise and pursue client needs and opportunities.Maintaining equipment and fleet register;Teamwork support the team and organisational goals;Computer knowledge Proficient in using Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) and client management systems;Excellent written and verbal communication skills;Shows Initiative and can work independently;Ability to work under pressure;Able to work within a team;An assertive and persuasive speaker.How do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:How many years'' experience do you have as an Administration Role?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?NRG provide a diverse range of services throughout three core industries: Mining, Industrial & Renewables.
