As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality occupational therapy services within a multidisciplinary team across the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN). To excel in this role, you will have:Qualifications & Experience A degree in Occupational Therapy, current registration (or eligibility) with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia, and at least five years of clinical experience in acute, sub-acute, rehabilitation, or community-based settings.Clinical Expertise Proven ability to assess and provide high-quality OT interventions for clients with complex health conditions, including neurological and orthopaedic cases, with a strong focus on hospital avoidance and community engagement.Skills & Leadership Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage complex clinical situations, resolve conflicts, and provide professional supervision.Knowledge & Innovation A thorough understanding of best practices, OT methodologies, and relevant legislation, with a commitment to service development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.About CALHNThe Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes Souths Australias major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
