THE ROLEThe Principal Project Manager will work in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering enabling works including demolition for the redevelopment of Homes Victoria high-rise tower sites in accordance with the Government''s Housing Statement.The Principal Project Manager will provide pro-active and authoritative project management leadership, oversee and manage consultancies and contractors involved in design, documentation and project delivery and work with key stakeholders including Councils and authorities to progress enabling works. This includes coordinating procurement processes, budget and cash flow management, construction contract administration, stakeholder management, reporting and risk and issues management.The Principal Project Manager will report to the Executive Project Director and be a key member of the Direct Delivery Team within the High-Rise Redevelopment Program.Accountabilities IncludeLead the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including project development and delivery, monitoring, and evaluation.
