Reporting to Quality, Care and Compliance Manager, this position will focus on clinical risk and clinical governance across our services and provides support and guidance to the managers of our residential and community services in these areas.Working closely with our managers, the Advisor plays a pivotal role in assisting with investigation management relating to complex and critical clinical care matters, accreditation management in preparation for accreditation and quality activities, internal auditing and action plan development and continuous improvement.Your verbal and written communication is impeccable, you have strong interpersonal skills and your computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite are intermediate at a minimum.At Whiddon, we provide our people with benefits that will enhance their experience and provide them with things they actually want and will use.
